Register Your Child

Fill out this form completely to register students in grades PreK-8 for any of the following programs:

• First Reconciliation and First Eucharist: Any students in grades 2-8, regardless of where they go to school and who have not yet received these sacraments should check “Reconciliation/First Eucharist Prep”. Students preparing for sacraments must also receive religious education through Catholic school, Faith Formation, or CGS. Monthly gatherings for meditation, prayer, and reflection will be part of our Sacramental Preparation this year.

• Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a Montessori-based style of religious education which has two levels.
  Level One is for children ages 3-5, including Kindergarten, and has the option of Monday or Thursday sessions.
  Level Two is for children in grades 1-2 and has one session on Wednesday evenings.

• Faith Formation: Students in grades 1-8 may register for traditional classroom-based Faith Formation classes that meet on Wednesday evenings.

Registration Costs: Upon completing this form, you will be re-directed to the payment page where you may choose to pay online. You may also make payment in the parish center by cash, check, or credit card.
1 Student in Faith Formation/CGS/Sacramental Prep: $50
2 Students: $80
3 or more Students: $110

If a student is registered for more than one program (Sacramental Prep and Faith Formation or CGS), you need only pay the fee for one program. Please contact the Parish Center if you are seeking tuition assistance.

Programs are open first to parishioners of the Co-Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. Please register by Tuesday, September 2, 2025. After that date, non-parishioner registrations will be notified if there is still room in the program.
